Are you a young Rwandan aged between 18 and 25? Do you want to serve your country and build a stable career? Here’s your chance! The Rwanda National Police (RNP) has announced a public call for applications for both young men and women to join the force through the Basic Police Course.

Application Period:
Applications will be accepted from October 14, 2025 to November 7, 2025, during working days, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at your District Police Unit (DPU).
Who Can Apply?
You must:
1. Be a Rwandan citizen
2. Be aged 18 to 25
3. Be in good physical and mental health
4. Have completed at least Senior Six (A2)
5. Have good conduct and character, supported by a certificate from local authorities
6. Have no 6 months criminal record
7. Not be dismissed from public service
8. Be willing to serve anywhere in the country
Requirements:
- A completed application form (available at www.police.gov.rw)
- A passport-size photo
- A copy of your ID
- Copies of your academic documents
- A certificate of good conduct from local authorities
